WHEREAS,      Alderperson Andy Heidt was appointed by the Madison Common Council on September 7, 2004 to serve as interim alderperson in District 13; and,
 
WHEREAS,      Alderperson Andy Heidt served on the CDA Housing Operations Subcommittee Community Development Authority, Joint Southeast Campus Area Committee, Joint West Campus Area Committee, Madison Housing Authority, Regent/Park Expanded TID 26 Affordable Housing Set-Aside Committee, South Madison Health and Family Center - HARAMBEE, Wingra Creek BUILD Project Advisory Committee, and the Henry Vilas Zoo Commission; and,
WHEREAS,      Alderperson Andy Heidt through hard work and dedication to his aldermanic duties has faithfully served his constituents and the City of Madison,
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Common Council commend and thank Alderperson Andy Heidt for his dedicated service to his constituents and the City of Madison and wish him well in his future endeavors.
