DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:  Rezone property located at 4207 Bellgrove Lane from A District to SR-C2 District to rezone with land division to create four single-family residential lots.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00303 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the SR-C2 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 2) District:

 

“A parcel of land located Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 21, T8N R10E, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 21; thence S89°23’15”W along the North line of said Southeast quarter a distance of 460.40 feet to the Easterly right of way line of Bellgrove Lane and the Point of Beginning; thence S44°57’31”E a distance of 1234.50 feet to the East line of the First Addition to Westchester Park; thence N01°04’38”E a distance of 864.56 feet along said East line and the East line of Westchester Park to said North line; thence N89°23’15”E a distance of 856.09 feet along said Section line to the Point of Beginning; said parcel contains 8.49 acres.”
