WHEREAS, Resolution 05-00781, adopted on 9/27/05 included an inaccurate Schedule of Assessments;
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That Resolution 05-00781 relative to the street light improvement in Reston Heights, Phases 1, 2 and 3, be rescinded due to an inaccurate Schedule of Assessments;
 
RESOLVED That the street light improvement in Reston Heights, Phases 1, 2 and 3, Street Light Improvement district which has been completed, be and hereby are accepted.
 
The total cost of such improving being:    $51,982.43
Of which, the City of Madison is to pay:   $ - 0 -
And the abutting property:                      $51,982.43
 
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the sum so charged to the abutting property be and hereby are assessed and levied upon said property, payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined by the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the several lots or parcels of land so benefited being as follows, to-wit:
