Accepting street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, constructed by private contract in Reston Heights - Phase V, Private Contract No. 1816.
Body
WHEREAS, Reston Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Stockbridge Drive from the west line of Lot 147 (existing street) thru East Hill Parkway intersection.
East Hill Parkway from Stockbridge Drive to the north line of Lot 198.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1816 $61,252.44 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on May 1, 2004.
