Accepting street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In The Madisonian - Aberg Avenue, Private Contract No. 9038 (District 12).
Body
WHEREAS, MADISONIAN DEVELOPMENT LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: The Madisonian - Aberg Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Huxley Street Sidewalk from STA 11+08 to STA 12+98.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13526 by $ 1,127.36 for a useful life of 40 years.
