Madison Mallards are requesting approval of the Board of Park Commissioners for a Capital Improvement, per the terms of Subsection 8.b.2 of the Use Agreement for the Warner Park Stadium (Leg Files #20096, #46225, #61885, and #81961). The Madison Mallards are seeking permission to install an elevator lift to improve ADA access to the rooftop deck behind home plate, which is currently only accessible by stairs. The Madison Mallards will take on all operating and maintenance costs.
