WHEREAS, the scope of the project has changed and Strand & Associates needs to be authorized to inspect the construction phase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to amend an agreement with Strand & Associates, Inc. for design/engineering services for Olin Avenue Transfer Station and increase the contract maximum to $180,000.00.
