RESOLVED, that water service lateral installation in Churchill Heights - Phase I, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500.00 to expire not earlier than February 4, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
