Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Contract For Subdivision Improvements For Hawks Meadow, Contract No. 2050.  (1st AD)

Body

WHEREAS, on February 2, 2006, the Developer, TRMCKENZIE, Inc., entered into a Contract For Subdivision Improvements with the City for the Hawks Meadow Subdivision, and,

WHEREAS, the contract did not include the installation of a landscape berm across the lots adjacent to Mid Town Road, and,

WHEREAS, the City Planning Department requires the installation of said berm as part of the initial construction phase in said subdivision.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Contract For Subdivision Improvements for Hawks Meadow, Contract No. 2050, with TRMCKENZIE, Inc.
