Accepting sidewalk improvements constructed by Private Contract at 2607 Monroe Street PUD, Private Contract No. 2160 (13th AD).

Body

WHEREAS,Wingra Shores, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, at: 2607 Monroe Street PUD.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That the sidewalk improvements, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

•                     Arbor Drive from Knickerbocker Street to 217 feet northeast of Knickerbocker Street

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2160 $4,340.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
