Body
The Board of Public Works and the City Engineer having made reports of all proceedings in relation to the improvement of Resurfacing 2015 - Assessment District pursuant to a resolution of the Common Council, RES-14-00823, ID No. 35996, adopted 11/18/2014, which resolution was adopted thereto, and the provisions of the Madison General Ordinances and the Wisconsin Statutes in such case made and provided, and the Common Council being fully advised.

The City Engineer plans to award multiple contracts in 2015 for the Resurfacing Program. Contract 7412 includes assessable work.

BE IT RESOLVED:
