Resolved that water service lateral installation improvements in Madison Commerce Park Phase II, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000.00 to expire not earlier than November 22, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
