The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00032 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.022-00032.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the PD (GDP) Planned Development (General Development Plan) District and added to the TR-C3 (Traditional Residential - Consistent District 3) District:
 
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 92, 97, 103 and 104 Woodstone Plat, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin containing 8.46 acres."
