Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Apple Ridge, Private Contract No. 1884
Body
WHEREAS, Midland Builders Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Fairhaven Road/Cosgrove Drive - West plat line (existing street) to the north plat line (existing street)
Dallas Drive - North plat line (existing street) to Fairhaven Road/Cosgrove Drive
Appleglen Lane - West plat line (existing street) to Dallas Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on October 18, 2004.
