Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes the deletion of the classification of Secretary to the Mayor (CG 19/R 8) and creating a new classification of Executive Assistant to the Mayor (CG 18/R 4). The proposed resolution further authorizes the reallocation of the incumbent to the new position. The estimated annual cost of the change in compensation group is $6,700. The Mayor's Office will absorb this cost in the agency's existing 2026 Operating Budget.

Be it further resolved that position #56 of Secretary to the Mayor is deleted and recreated as an Executive Assistant to the Mayor in CG18, R04, and the incumbent, N. Stevens, is reallocated to the new position, thereof.
