WHEREAS, the City of Madison has reviewed and conditionally approved the preliminary plat "Hawk's Ridge Estates"; and

WHEREAS, the City of Madison Engineering Division has determined that off-plat public sanitary sewer must be installed connecting to existing public sanitary sewer within the existing Hawk's Landing Golf Club subdivision in order to serve the proposed plat "Hawk's Ridge Estates"; and

WHEREAS, the City of Madison Engineering Division has created Engineering Project No. 53W0363 - Hawk's Ridge Estates Sanitary Sewer Assessment District to facilitate the necessary off-plat public sanitary sewer easement acquisitions and improvements, by City contract, to allow the Private Contract Hawk's Ridge Estates-53B2087 to connect to; and

WHEREAS, the City of Madison Real Estate Department has created Project Nos. 8446 & 8449 - as a master file to administer all necessary land interest acquisitions; and

WHEREAS, the City of Madison will administer the acquisition or required land interests as identified on the attached Relocation Order and plat of right of way and all associated acquisition costs to the City of Madison will be available in the City of Madison Engineering Division City Project No. 53W0363 - Hawk's Rid...
