I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
Community Development Block Grant Committee recommendation:
KEETRA BURNETTE (20th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Community Development Block Grant Committee Member succeeding Ricky Hunt.

MADISON'S CENTRAL BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (BID) BOARD
Note: Per the Business Improvement District [BID] Operating Plan as approved by the Common Council, “Wisconsin Statutes section 66.1109(3) (a) requires that the Board be composed of at least five members and that a majority of the Board members shall either own or occupy real property in the District. If the actual property or business owner is an entity, that entity shall designate a representative to act on its behalf.”
VICTOR E. VILLACREZ (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Capitol Square Area Property Owner. Mr. Villacrez works in real estate development for Hovde Properties. He is a past member of Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Board and Greater State Street Business Association. Mr. Villacrez succeeds Stacy M. Nemeth who assumed the DMI Representative position.
