Body

WHEREAS, Don Simon Homes, Inc. c/o Veridian Homes, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Meadow Sweet Drive from west line of Lot 37 to the north line of Lot 46.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1846 $18,590.00 useful life of 40-years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee shall have commenced on September 3, 2004.
