The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3316. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3316. The following described property attached from the Town of Madison and located at 2502 Perry Street is hereby added to R4 General Residence District:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, T7, R9E beginning 660 feet East of the Northwest Corner of Said Quarter-Quarter Section, thence S00°06'38"W, 569.2 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing southerly along said west line 109 feet; thence N89°21'30"W, 199.8 feet; thence N00°19'48"E 109 feet; thence S89°21'30"E, 199.8 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 0.5 acres."
