DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amendment is to allow a yoga studio and a health club to locate in a C1 District.  All uses in the C1 District are subject to a 10,000 square foot size limitation."

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

1.      Paragraph 55. of Subdivision (c) entitled "Permitted Use" of Subsection (2) entitled "C1 Limited Commercial District"  of Section 28.09 entitled "Commercial Districts" is created to read as follows:

"55.      Physical culture and health services and reducing salons."

2.      Paragraph 56. of Subdivision (c) entitled "Permitted Use" of Subsection (2) entitled "C1 Limited Commercial District"  of Section 28.09 entitled "Commercial Districts" is created to read as follows:

"56.      Health clubs."
