I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen appointments.  "Statement of  Interests" forms are on file in the City Clerk's Office for those citizens required to file.

EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION BOARD

CHRISTINE E. LIDBURY, 11 Harding St., 53714 (15th A.D.) - appointed to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Citizen Member.  Ms. Lidbury is executive director of the Wisconsin Women's Council.  She succeeds Alyssa Kenney who resigned.

TERM EXPIRES: 4-30-2007.

MADISON PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD

WILLIAM C. KEYS, 2 N. Rock Rd., 53705 (19th A.D.) - reappointed by the School Superintendent for a three-year term to the position of School Superintendent or Representative.

TERM EXPIRES: 6-30-2008.
