Recreation of the Fleet Parts Manager (18-07) to a Fleet Operations Manager (18-12) can be expected to cost an additional $16,394, or $22,329 including benefits, on an annualized basis. Recreation of the Fleet Services Maintenance Supervisor (18-08) to a Fleet Program Manager (18-12) can be expected to cost an additional $13,517, or $18,410 including benefits, on an annualized basis. Deletion of the existing Fleet Service Program Supervisor (18-12) is expected to save $78,730, or $107,230 including benefits, on an annualized basis. Annual net savings of $66,491 are therefore anticipated. No appropriation is required.

Recreate the 1.0 FTE position of Fleet Parts Manager, #1159 (occupied by R. Janowski), in CG18-07, as a Fleet Operations Manager, CG18-12. Recreate the 1.0 FTE position of Fleet Services Maintenance Supervisor, #3274 (occupied by A. Meyer), in CG18-08, as a Fleet Program Manager, CG18-12 in the Fleet Services Division budget. Reallocate the respective incumbents of positions #1159 and #3274 to the new positions. Delete the vacant Fleet Services Program Supervisor (CG 18, R12), position #1170, to fund the new positions.

Resolution that the 1.0 FTE position of Fleet Parts Manager, #1159 (occupied by R. Janowski), in CG18-07, shall be deleted and recreated as a Fleet Operations Manager, CG18-12. The 1.0 FTE position of Fleet Services Maintenance Supervisor, #3274 (occupied by A. Meyer), in CG18-08, shall be deleted and recreated as a Fleet Program Manager, CG18-12 in the permanent salary detail of the Fleet Services Division budget. The respective incumbents of positions #1159 and #3274 shall be reallocated to the new positions. The vacant Fleet Services Program Supervisor (CG 18, R12), position #1170, will be deleted to fund the new positions, thereof.
