Title
Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a Second Amendment to the agreement between the City and Princeton Soccer Club, Inc., to allow the Princeton Club build a storage box in a designated area at Reindahl Park.
Body
WHEREAS, City and Princeton Soccer Club, Inc. ("CLUB") entered into an Agreement whereby the Club would maintain soccer fields at Reindahl Park in exchange for providing maintenance and soccer programming at Reindahl Park; and
WHEREAS, paragraph 5 of the Agreement allows the parties to make changes to the Agreement by written amendment; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to allow the Club to build a storage box on a concrete pad provided by the Parks Division and located at Reindahl Park;
WHEREAS, all other provisions of the Agreement and Amendment #1 remain the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into a Second Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Madison and Princeton Soccer Club, Inc. to allow the Club to build a storage box at Reindahl Park.
