TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL:
I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. “Statement of Interests” forms are on file with the City Clerk's Office for those appointees required to file.
COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION
ERICA M. LAUGHLIN, 2537 Commercial Avenue, 53704 (12th A.D.) - appointed to the vacant Community Representative position for the remainder of a three-year term. Ms. Laughlin is the Pre-College Program Director at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

EDUCATION, BOARD OF - COMMON COUNCIL LIAISON COMMITTEE
GEORGE TWIGG, Assistant to the Mayor - appointed to the remainder of a one-year term to the position of Mayor or Designee. George succeeds Melanie Conklin.

ETHICS BOARD
ERIC D. HANDS, 3449 Hargrove St., 53714-2224 (15th A.D.) - appointed to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Qualified Elector. Mr. Hands is program manager with the State Department of Commerce. He succeeds Betsy West who resigned.
