Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Quinn Ranch, Private Contract No. 1922.
Body
WHEREAS, Purtell Construction Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Roanne Lane from Marsh Road to the east plat line (existing street)
Dustin Lane from Roanne Lane to the south plat line (existing street)
Splint Road from Roanne Lane to the south plat line (existing street)
Marsh Road (east side) from Roanne Lane to the south plat line including tapers beyond the plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1922 $35,694.85 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on October 24, 2004.
