The proposed resolution amends the 2021 Adopted Capital Budget for Engineering - Major Streets. The resolution increases the Special Assessments budget in the Dairy Drive project (11865) to match the final assessment amount, and reduces the TID39 budget authority by an equal amount for a net zero overall change.

PREAMBLE:
The original budget for the Dairy Drive Road project did not include sufficient Special Assessment budget. Construction was completed in 2020. Special Assessments have been finalized and additional Special Assessment appropriation is necessary to close out the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 2021 Major Streets Capital Budget is hereby amended to increase Special Assessments budget by $91,000 (Streets) and $131,000 (Storm) and reduce TID39 by the same amounts in the Dairy Drive project (MUNIS 11865).
