DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 1936 Tennyson Lane from PD (Planned Development) District to SR-V2 (Suburban Residential - Varied 2) District to allow addition of a daycare center tenant within existing multi-family dwelling and assisted living facility.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00745 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00745. The following described property is hereby rezoned to SR-V2 (Suburban Residential - Varied 2) District.
Lot 2, Certified Survey Map 13716, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 8.0 acres (348,458 square feet), more or less”
