Accepting street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Owl's Creek - Phase I, Private Contract No. 2054 (District 16).
Body
WHEREAS, Nelson Group Development Group Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Owl's Creek - Phase I.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Horned Owl Drive from Tormey Lane to Snowy Owl Lane
• Horned Owl Court from Snowy Owl Lane to W End
• Snowy Owl Lane from Horned Owl Drive to Great Gray Drive
• Great Gray Drive from Tormey Lane to Snowy Owl Lane
• Great Gray Drive from Snowy Owl Lane to Valor Way
• Great Gray Drive from Valor Way to Crested Owl Lane
• Crested Owl Lane from Great Gray Drive to Meinders Road
• Crested Owl Lane from Meinders Road to S Line of Lot 89
• Meinders Road from W Plat Line to Crested Owl Lane
• Meinders Road from Crested Owl Lane to Valor Way
• Meinders Road from Valor Way to E Plat Line
• Valor Way from Great Gray Drive to Meinders Road
• Valor Way from Meinders Road to S Line of Lot 69
• Owl Creek Drive Sidewalk from Tormey Lane to Horned Owl Drive
• Owl Creek Drive Sidewalk from Horned Owl Drive to Eagle Summit Court
• OL 3 Sidewalk from Horned Owl Court to OL 3
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2054 by $306,967.25 for a useful life of 40 years.
