RushLink Music Festival @ Wisconsin is a new park event request. RushLink Inc. has applied to host a music festival at James Madison Park on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 5pm - 10pm. The event is a ticketed event. The event space has a max capacity of 5200 people; the event is hoping for over 3500 people to attend. They will have multiple temporary structures, food vendors and merch vendors. There is no request to serve or sell alcohol at the event.
RushLink Inc is requesting a PA2 (public amplification 2 permit). A PA2 permit allows for sound levels of 95 dB at the sound board.
Based on the location, date, size and complexity of the event request, Park’s staff are requesting Facilities, Programs and Fees Subcommittee review the event request and determine if it can be approved.
