The Board of Public Works and the City Engineer having made reports of all proceedings in relation to the improvement of Resurfacing 2013 - Curb & Gutter Assessment District pursuant to a resolution of the Common Council, RES-12-00846, ID No. 27931, adopted 10/30/2012, which resolution was adopted thereto, and the provisions of the Madison General Ordinances and the Wisconsin Statutes in such case made and provided, and the Common Council being fully advised.
The City Engineer plans to award multiple contracts in 2013 for the Resurfacing Program. Contracts 6967 and 6971 include assessable work.
