Body

WHEREAS, on August 6, 2008, the developer, Madison Hotel Associates, L.P., had entered into a Contract for the Construction of Public Improvements That Will be Accepted by the City of Madison with the City of Madison and,

WHEREAS, the Developer has requested the contract be modified to preserve public storm sewer that was otherwise slated to be removed under the existing contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

1.      That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1  for 333 West Washington Avenue (Hyatt Place Hotel) Contract No. 2179   with Madison Hotel Associates, L.P. to allow for a change to the existing contract.
