Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for 505-555 S. Midvale Boulevard (Midvale Plaza) PUD - Phase I, Private Contract No.2102.  

Body

WHEREAS, Midvale Plaza Joint Venture, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Midvale Boulevard and Caromar Drive adjacent to the PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on September 2, 2009.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2102 $87,461.00 useful life of 40 years.
