Tuff Nutterz is a new park event request. Tuff Nutterz is requesting use of Elver Park on Friday, October 2, for setup, Saturday, October 3 & Sunday, October 4 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day as event days, and Monday, October 5 for cleanup. The event is charging admission to a giant inflatable course. The event is anticipating 700-800 people per day to attend. They will have multiple temporary structures and a vending permit. There is no request to use amplified sound.
Based on the size and complexity of the event, Park’s staff are requesting Facilities, Programs and Fees Subcommittee approve the event permit the first year. If there are no concerns or issues after the first year and it becomes an annual event, then future years can be approved administratively and will not need committee approval.
