RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Edgewood Northwest Campus - Phase 1, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than September 4, 2008 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
