DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 1138 Williamson Street from TR-V2 (Traditional Residential-Varied 2) District to TSS (Traditional Shopping Street) District for future mixed-use reuse of existing two-story building.
The substitute corrects the existing zoning of the property being rezoned in this ordinance.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00718 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00718. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TSS (Traditional Shopping Street) District.
Southwest Half of Lot 12, Block 184, Farwell’s Replat of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described area contains 4,356 square feet (0.10 acres) of land”
