PREAMBLE

The City of Monona has scheduled the resurfacing of Industrial Drive from South Towne Drive westerly approximately 1300 feet to the City of Monona's municipal limits.  A portion of this segment of Industrial Drive lies within the City of Madison.  The work will be accomplished by the City of Monona in 2009.  The City of Madison will reimburse the City of Monona for the cost to resurface the City of Madison's portion of Industrial Drive.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the City of Monona for the resurfacing of Industrial Drive.
