Resolved that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Grandview Commons - Phase X, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000 to expire not earlier than December 20, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
