RESOLVED, that Water Main Installation improvements in Second Addition to Hawks Creek, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000 to expire not earlier than October 28, 2009 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
