The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3427. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3427.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Temporary Agriculture District and added to RDC Research and Development Center District:
Outlot 15, Cardinal Glenn, as Recorded In Volume 58-083A of Plats, On Pages 421-425, As Document Number 4089593, Dane County Registry, Located In the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 28, Township 07, Range 08 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.  This parcel contains 26.88 acres."
