The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Paragraph 3413. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3413. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R4L Limited General Residence District and R4A Limited General Residence District and added to the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District:
Original Plat, AKA Farwells replat, Blks 182 & 183, SE 82 feet of NE 1/2 of Lot 11, also the SW 1/2 of Lot 11. This parcel contains 7,062 feet or .16 acres."
2. Paragraph 3414. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3414. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District and added to the PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District:
