RESOLVED that Water Main and Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Glacier Crossing City Center - Lot 164, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $4,000 to expire not earlier than May 16, 2008, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
