Resolved that water main installation improvements in The American Center Plat Buttonwood Addition which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $3,000.00 to expire not earlier than March 21, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
