Body

WHEREAS, MREC VH Grandview Commons, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: North Addition to Grandview Commons - Phase 4.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets are hereby accepted:

 

 

•                     Aries Way from Milky Way to W Line of Lot 892

•                     Caldera Street from Milky Way to E Line of Lot 846

•                     Milky Way from S Line of Lot 990 to N Line of Lot 326

•                     Saturn Drive from W Line of Lot 929 to E Line of Lot 880

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11480 by $41,188.66 for a useful life of 40 years.
