Resolved, that water main and water service lateral installation improvements in WEA Trust Water Main Extension which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than May 24, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
