WHEREAS, Reston Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Bluff Point Drive from the west line of Lot 184 (existing street) to Stockbridge Drive
Stockbridge Drive from Bluff Point Drive to the southwest line of Lot 174 (existing street)
Highcliff Trail from Bluff Point Drive to the south plat line
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1906 $128,727.73 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on May 1, 2004.
