Body

BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City, a one-year contract with Capital Newspapers beginning June 1, 2012 and ending May 31, 2013.  Under the contract, The Capital Times is designated as the official newspaper of the City of Madison.  The Capital Times will publish the proceedings of the Common Council, ordinances, orders and other official notices.  The rate of payment is based on the legal rate as provided in the Wisconsin Statutes.
