WHEREAS, JD MCCORMICK COMPANY, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of terrace improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 448 S. Park St and 914 Drake St.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That said terrace improvements adjacent to 448 S. Park St and 914 Drake St are hereby accepted.
