DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 6604 Odana Road from CC (Commercial Center) District to CC-T (Commercial Center-Transitional) District to facilitate construction of a six-story mixed-use building.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00600 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00600. The following described property is hereby rezoned to CC-T (Commercial Center-Transitional) District.

 

Lot 3, Certified Survey Map 12279, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, said parcel contains 1.26 acres (54,890 square feet)”
