Body
WHEREAS, Boxster, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements on West Main Street, adjacent to the 510 West Main Street Apartments, PUD.

WHEREAS, the developer has failed to return the affidavit and lien waivers as required in the contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on January 1, 2006.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1953 $14,000.00 useful life of 40 years. ...
