CITY COUNTY HOMELESS ISSUES COMMITTEE
LT. KELLY DOUGHERTY - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Madison Police Department Officer succeeding Lt. Kimberly Alan.

JOINT CAMPUS AREA COMMITTEE
Vilas Neighborhood Association recommendation:
LEA JACOBS (13th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Vilas Neighborhood Resident Representative succeeding Doug Carlson. Lea Jacobs is a retired UW-Madison professor. She is a long-time Vilas neighborhood resident and active in the neighborhood association.

MADISON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
KELSEY E. ANNEN (16th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Busines/Financial Representative succeeding Mike Kollath. Kelsey Annen is an attorney and partner at Cousino Law, PLLC. Her practice areas include commercial real estate, affordable housing and community financing. In addition, she is volunteer with the VITA (volunteer income tax assistance) program.

SUSTAINABLE MADISON COMMITTEE
CHASSITTI C. CLARK (9th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Second Alternate succeeding Wyeth Augustine-Marceil who assumed the First Alternate position. Chassitti Clark is a program/policy analyst with the Public Service Commission. She was previously a member of the Urban League of Greater Madison Young Professionals and currently sits on the board of Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin serving as their Board Development Committee chair.
